You do not have to be subscribed to our coaching packages.

• Top-level gym: we are nationally recognised as a centre of excellence and our staff are highly specialised and trained;
• Attentive supervision: maximum 3 people can work out at NERD TRAINING CENTER and a coach will always be there to supervise training. Unlike in a crowded commercial gym, you will be carefully supervised during the whole workout session!;
