We satisfied elite athletes’ need to train with top-quality equipment that allows them to realise the exceptional performance of which they are capable. On the other hand, the NERD TRAINING POWERBAR is for people who want to become good athletes (but do not need a competition product yet), train with a 29mm barbell and discover the feeling experienced during a competition. Our goal? To design a 100% made in Italy 29mm powerlifting barbell offering the best value for money on the market.

• It respects all the features listed by IPF;
• Regulation shaft diameter for Powerlifting (29mm).
  We have maintained the dimensions of competition barbells for the TRAINING version. In this way, enthusiastic athletes can train with the feelings as in a competition. This makes our product one of the cheapest 29mm barbells on the Italian market;

• Magnitude 38 surface hardness on the Rockwell C. Scale
  High surface hardness improves knurl durability making this barbell more durable over time compared to other products in the same price range;

• Italian high-alloy and tempered steel.
  As for the PRO version, we also use Italian high alloy tempered steel for the TRAINING model, so as to improve mechanical features and durability over time.
