Our knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics will optimise your performance according to your ability, so that you can maximise your workouts!
Included in the package:
- individual lesson in our centre. You can choose the duration yourself or arrange it with us;
- monitoring of the technical execution of the exercises you are interested in, so as to reach your goals;
- video-analyses of exercises and trajectories;
- “hands on” customisation in the technical approach.
During the lesson, you can also try out the fantastic equipment we produce and improve every day for people who, like you, have the same passion as us.
