Let’s go on a journey starting from understanding our goals, evaluating the essential variables in realising these goals and how to employ these variables, finally developing an actual workout plan that aims to reach our training goals.
My intention is that everyone who purchases this book and decides to read it carefully will be able to use it as handbook and/or guide to plan effective and efficient methods to reach their goals.
